The Embassy and Le Progrès

Located at 12 Rue de la Parcheminerie, L'Ambassade is a wine cellar and restaurant where the people of Rennes gather to enjoy high-quality, home-style cooking. The commercial premises were acquired by Vicartem in 2018. Place de la Parcheminerie is undergoing redevelopment, with more greenery and traffic calming measures.

Le Progrès is an iconic bar, well known to the people of Rennes. Overlooking Place de la Parcheminerie, its terrace is one of the sunniest in the Breton capital.

This is also the address of the apartments at the Le Nemours hotel, ideally located in the heart of Rennes.
