VICARTEM and EXTENDAM sign the Hôtel Amiral in Nantes.

The hotel will undergo a phase of modernization and will be repositioned in the 3* boutique segment under the impetus of Younight Hospitality. When it reopens in 2024, Hôtel l'Amiral will become Hôtel Billie, immersing guests in a flamboyant era of refinement, comfort and the art of entertaining.

The Vicartem group has just sold a 5,000 m2 retail park to a private investor on completion at the Zl Saint Hermentaire in Draguignan.

The ambitious tandem formed by the independent hotel group Vicartem and the decoration and furnishing brand Maisons du Monde has signed a new project that combines hotel know-how and the art of living.

The Le Chantry hotel in Bordeaux's Meriadeck district will be operated after renovation as Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Younight Hospitality has accompanied the two investors who are signing their second off-market collaboration.

The Meslin couple, who run Vicartem and ten hotels in France, created Younight Hopitality with Romain Gowhari to develop property management. Their goal is to have 30 hotels in their portfolio by 2030.

Eternam and Vicartem acquire a portfolio of 7 commercial cells located in Portet sur Garonne (Toulouse), Rézé (Nantes) and Aubagne.

Following the transformation of the former Grand Tonic Hotel Marseille in 2020, the Vicartem Group is strengthening its presence in the city of Marseille with the acquisition of a new building at 31 rue Paradis to house 16 Maisons du Monde Hotel & Suites apartments.
