Les Brises ***

Vicartem is strengthening its presence on the Atlantic coast with the acquisition of the Hôtel Les Brises in 2025, a 3-star hotel with 48 rooms facing the ocean in La Rochelle. The hotel will be operated by Younight Hospitality, which already has a local presence. The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation in order to be repositioned as a boutique hotel, ahead of a planned reopening in the summer of 2026.
