VICARTEM acquires a landmark building in the heart of Nantes
VICARTEM continues to expand in Nantes with the acquisition of a 927 m² freestanding building, located on the corner of Cours des 50 Otages and rue de la Barillerie, in the heart of the city center. Historically occupied by CIC, this building boasts exceptional visibility and a strategic location on the city's main shopping street.
A player committed to transforming city centers
In Nantes, VICARTEM has already contributed to strengthening the attractiveness of the city center with the Hermès boutique in the Passage Pommeraye, the Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites opened in 2018, the Billie Hôtel inaugurated in 2024 and more recently the ChaChaCha, a cheerful and accessible hotel located opposite the train station. These achievements testify to the Group's strong roots in the Nantes metropolis and its role in the transformation of the city center.
A strategic enhancement project
