VICARTEM and EXTENDAM have signed a new acquisition in La Rochelle with the Hôtel Les Brises, a 3-star hotel with 48 rooms facing the ocean.
This strategic operation on the Atlantic coast is part of our shared desire to strengthen our presence in high-potential destinations. Operations will be handled by Younight Hospitality, Vicartem's hotel subsidiary, which already has a presence in the Old Port with the Maisons du Monde Hotel & Suites and is established along the entire western coastline, from Brittany to Bordeaux.
Ideally located on the seafront, just a few minutes from the historic center, the Hotel Les Brises has been attracting leisure and business guests for decades, thanks to its exceptional views of the islands of Aix, Oléron, and Ré, its breakfast room opening onto a large terrace, and its immediate access to the La Pallice business park.
The hotel will close its doors at the end of 2025 for a complete renovation: rooms, common areas, furniture, air conditioning... An ambitious transformation to reposition Les Brises as a boutique hotel, before its reopening in the summer of 2026 in a completely redesigned version.
