The project
The Campanile Rennes Centre Gare Hotel has a choice location in the centre of Rennes, right near the bus terminal and rail terminus.
In 2009 Vicartem bought two commercial properties, a dilapidated hotel and a fast food brand to create a modern, functional hotel.
Major restructuring created 29 additional rooms for a total of 64 rooms decorated in modern, welcoming style.
