The project
Vicartem acquired this commercial premises near the well-known Parliament of Brittany in 2019. The construction is remarkable with its sublime ground floor in dressed stone forming an arcade, its upper floors in tufa limestone surrounded by colossal Ionic pilasters and its mansard roof with stone dormer windows.
Previously occupied by GIE BNP Paribas Cardif, the premises now houses the Foncia estate agent.
