The project
It is in 2019 that Vicartem acquires this magnificent premises in the heart of Rennes.
Major work has been carried out on this building, formerly occupied by the Heyraud leather goods company, in order to enhance the heritage of Rennes.
This is one of the most emblematic operations of Vicartem's know-how, calling on all of the group's expertise: project management, asset management and legal.
This acquisition also required the negotiation with external actors such as the municipality and ABF.
Today the premises are occupied by the men's clothing company Fursac.
