The project
Acquired in 2017, Hotel Lanjuinais is located at 11 Rue Comté de Lanjuinais, a few minutes’ walk from la Criée and the Place de La République.
The hotel was completely restructured and modernised to keep up with the times. The hotel now has 38 rooms in boutique-hotel format, providing an excellent price to quality ratio in a refined and comfortable setting.
