Maje

In 2007, the Vicartem group acquired these 92 m² commercial premises, perfectly located on the highly attractive Rue Chateaurenault. Like all the buildings on this street, the building has attractive arcades, typical of Rennes city center. In 2019, renovation work was carried out to enhance the property while retaining its old-world charm.

Formerly occupied by Listels Arts Décoratifs, the premises now house the high-end ready-to-wear brand Maje, which benefits from a location that perfectly matches its premium positioning.
